Nigorizake Tasting at Tei Tei Robata on April 7th

To kick off our new tasting format we invited a small group to Tei Tei to taste 3 vastly different nigori:

• Tozai Junmai Nigori "Snow Maiden"
• Tozai Ginjo Nigori "Voices in the Mist"
• Rihaku Junmai Nigori "Dreamy Clouds"

It seemed the two favorites were Tozai Voices in the Mist (which was the overall favorite) and Tozai Snow Maiden. Sadly, Rihaku Dreamy Clouds was rated last out of the three.
